Batch qty in STO delivery

I made an STO for qty 70 pcs.

But, in STO delivery, stock is determined only for 55 pcs, though balance stock is available in other batches, in same S.Loc.

Pls help. Very urgent.

Hi You can also reallocate stock in CO06 or V_RA with check rule BO.

Hi Sumanth,

As suggested by Shiva Ram, check if the stock has been allocated or reserved for other orders/deliveries. Check in MD04/CO09 and do the back order processing and allocate stock to your STO order.

You need to find to what other deliveries/sales orders the other batches are allocated using t.code CO09. Then decide from which other order/delivery, you can deallocate and pick the quantity for STO delivery.

Dear Sumanth,

Please transfer stock from one batch to another batch with movement type 311 via MIGO(Transfer Posting) or if do not want this process then split the batch no in delivery.

Hi,

Depending of your batch determination strategy, use VCH2 or LS52, and modify the number of batch splits allowed.
