Alert Type 7161: Confirmed Delivery Date Earlier than Requested Date

Hello Folks,

I am not getting the alert triggered for the Alert Type:

7161: Confirmed Delivery Date Earlier than Requested Date

Have done with all the necessary settings as below, please suggest if I am missing something.

1) Created approval profile

2) Assigned the approval Profile to the Supplier

3) SNC > basic settings > Validation > Own Settings

     Validation profile :POC3 & POC2
    Validation check: PO_ITMUNDERDELIVERY and PO_ITMOVERDELIVERY

     Check Status: Inactive

4)  Maintain consensus quantity profile DA_QTY_2

5) Maintain consensus time profile DA_TIME_2.

6) Assign above mentioned profiles to consensus rule DA_QTY_TIME2

7) Maintenance of condition record. Maintain condition typ1000, assign consensus rule DA_QTY_TIME2 to it

PO Created and delivery date changed to prior date than requested date, but still the Alert is not triggered, please suggest.

Can you check if the Business Function SCM_SNC_GEN_1 is activated in your system.

Check whether your alert type 7161 is actived in customizing under SPRO->SNC->Exceptions->
