Open PO report with GL and cost Centre

Is there any report which provide the Open PO report with the GL account, cost center and open amount.

Hi Mahinder,

Per my understanding, there is no standard report to meet your requirement. you can try a query joining the PO tables.

Hi Mahinder,

I doubt if SAP provides any such reports which will simply fit to your requirement. you can have vendor report based on offsetting GL account; but I dont think based on PO.

Better option is to go for Query report by clubbing multiple tables.

Hi Mahinder,

May be the requirement will not be met in a single report.Please check the t code ME2K with selection parameter as we101 which gives you the open POs for that cost center or range of cost centers.

EKPO gives price details.

and check the table EKKN for GL account and cost center for that PO.

If you want open POs check the T code ME80FN
