font family 000 missing

Hi Experts,

I am trying to print/preview my smartforms from zebra printer driver but i am getting error "font family 000 not maintained" but same smartform works well in development server and even in qaulity with local driver only.I need to print/preview in quality using zebra printer driver.

Please help!!

I am not able to find and font family like 000.

Hi,

Check wether your font family exist or not in the production server in the tcode SE73.

I mean to say to check what ever the font family you are using in your smartform not '000'.

Hi All ,

Finally i found the solution .

This Error was mainly because of wrong driver installation of Zebra abap printer.for same we need to import two TR given by Zebra support team to every server individual i.e you need to import TR for zebra abap driver to dev separately then in quality then in production you cannot use TR of Development to to quality .

check anti-virus in your system, and re-install the printer .

sometimes it may cause for this problem.

HI Ivan,

Please consult zebra vendor to provide  abap driver for zebra priter in sap.they will provide two tr for same.and basis people with help you on same.
