BusinessObjects XI 3.1でInfoViewからユニバース選択後、Java起動画面で画面が進まない

■OS

クライアント:Windows XP

 サーバ:Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

■BusinessObjects

BusinessObjects XI 3.1 SP5

■事象

 レポート作成時にユニバースを選択すると画面が固まります。

・固まった状態で10分放置しても状況は変わりません。

 固まった状態で画面左上の「ホーム」をクリックするとホーム画面に切り替わります。

・すべてのユニバースで発生します。

・複数の端末で発生しており、端末の不具合ではない事が分かっています。

・特定の金庫(長野県労金)で発生しており、他の金庫では今のところ発生していません。

・画面右上の×ボタンを押して再実行、または端末再起動後に再実行しても事象が解消しません。

・固まった状態で、Javaコンソールを確認すると何もログは出力されていません。

    Hi ,

    I did not understood the problem completely .

    Firstly are you launching webi client from Infoview and then try and select universe OR help with some screenshots which would explain

    Also , please help with below details:

    1. Java version

    2. Browser used on client machine
