Written to QRFC Queue (intermediate Stata) in SMW01 in SAP CRM

Hi,

In my Project we are replication BP from CRM to ECC, most of the time BP is in intermediate state in Smw01 for more than 2 Hrs before processing . if we manually process it is replicating with in few minutes.

can anyone share me some ideas on how to resolve the issue.
