Std Screen Field Missing after applying patch

Dear Friends,

We have upgraded our patch to 0111 and after applying the patch we found a field is missing on the standard screen in "Restriction Tab" of tcode: NA30N in SAP IS-H.

We have a field by name Service Category, which is now missing.

Can anyone provide a solution a to this.
