Wily WebView not showing SAP NetWeaver

Hi

We have recently upgraded Solution Manager and Wily.

After upgrade and completion of managed system configuration, the EWA rating is grey and while we were checking SAP note 1827116, we found that the "SAP NetWeaver" node missing. We see "SAP HostAgent Process" though.

Can anyone help fix the problem?

The problem was fixed by upgrading the Wily EM to the latest version.

First read carefully EWA Report to determine the data that can't be retrieved which led to gray rating.

Hi Hugo

1824881 refers to 1827116, which I already used to check the grey rating.

It is grey because EM is not picking up THREADS data for Java from managed system. But I am unable to find out why that information is not being picked.
