Stock In-Transit & PO Memo's

Experts,

We've the following requirement -

Stock In-Transit must not be considered for Pegging in MTS cases, but should be in MTO cases.

Concerns -

1. On the Prod Master, we've disallowed Stock in-transit from being considered as "available"
2. However, each time an Inbound Del gets created @ the receiving plant, the system kicks out a PO Memo & we see 2 line items on the Prod View in APO, as below -
   1. Stk InTrnst - this is shown as not relevant for pegging, as expected
   2. PO Memo - each PO Memo shows up in APO as a possible receipt element, in the same segment as the Stk In-Trnst.
3. Our concern lies with the PO Memo's as they are showing up as "available for pegging". This seems to defeat the purpose of dis-allowing the Stk In-Trnst from pegging.

Question -

How can I make PO Memo's (also) not relevant to pegging? I understand how PO Memo's get created & also that they show up in APO if the P Req/PO options are checked on the Integration Models.
