GRC Process Control - Cannot download Automated Monitoring Report Results

Hi,

After the AM job (with Report type Data Source) was finished and an issue is created in my inbox, I tried to open Results in Evaluation tab. In the opened subscreen, when I click "Open as HTML" or "Open as text" buttons, en explorer screen is opened and closed within seconds and then nothing happens. I couldn's review the resultset of the report.

What could be the problem? I did the same thing within demo machine in SAP cloud and saw that I could open or download the file, but in mt own PC server, it is not working.

Anybody have an opinion about the reason of this problem?
