Payment Engine - Connection String Error

Hi,

I am currently trying to use the Payment Engine Add-on but I receive this error when i attempt to start the add-on. while installing the add-on the regular add-on installation pop-ups and confirmations did not get shown but it still said installation successful.

Run-time error '-7202 (ffffe3de)':

Connection - could not find SBO that match Connection string
[66000-85]

I also tried it on another PC to see if it is working there but received another run time error

runtime error -214702317

cant find anything helpful about these errors online.

Anyone that can maybe help with this?
