co05n issue

Hi Experts,

Users are unable to release the orders in co05n but same orders i am able to release in co05n(While releasing , getting warning meassage no 2176

"Mass processing executed - 1 log(s) created (0 / 0 / 1 / 0)" ).

why users are not able to mass release the orders, earlier they dont have any issue in co05( As of now,now they are idvidually releasing the orders)

What could be the reason for this ?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Meenu

    Hi

Can you post more details on log message or screen shot of message after executing mass transaction.

Is there any link with authorization as you are able to and not the user? Or any change in authorization recently?

    Reg,

Hi, Have a look at SAP note 985212..

The last sentence in the note says 'If the problem occurs when the mass release is carried out using transaction CO05N, proceed as described above for transaction COHVOMRELEASE also'.

Valid for release 500 through 605.

    Hi Meenu,

Release at Header Level- option in CO05n as it gives error when releasing at operation level because of missing parts, for more info refer the below note.

Note 1472210 - CO05N: Incorrect release of collective order
