Add outline agreement to maintenance PR or maintenance PO

Dear PM experts,

I've tried to create a maintenance order which create PR for external service (Item category - D: Service), the purchasing dept. wants to assign an outline agreement to the maintenance PR created from the maintenance order, but the system shows the outline agreement field as dimmed field. so any recommendation towards this issue?. How to assign outline agreement to the maintenance PR or maintenance PO manually or make the field as an optional entry field.

All the best,

Mohammad Abdelrahman

In Maintenance Order, under operations details External tab, you can find the Agreement field. Mention the agreement which your PR needs to refer, so that system will bring that Outline agreement to PR.

As PR created automatically from PM Order, you can't edit that in ME52N.

    Hi Mohammad,

First of check the SPRO setting for the field 'Outline Agreement' have 'Input' status instead of 'Display' status.

    - For this check the Node in SAP Plant Maintenance --> Maintenance and service orders --> Define field selection for operation (PM and CS) and Check field 'Outline Agreement' (AFVGD-KONNR) as input or display. Please make as 'input' in case it was not so that you can use the field for inputting.

This field is influencing by Control key and Order type.

After this setting you can able to attach 'Outline Agreement' with PM order operation and also you can select desired services of the agreement that you have used.

I hope this will help you.

    Thank You.

    Regards,

    Rahul G
