Implementation of End2End Project uisng SAP ME.

Dear Experts,

I have few doubts about implementing E2E project using SAP ME 6.0.

1. Generally after configuring Shop floor master data, How we'll transfer the configuration data(System Rules, Shop floor data), from Dev to Quality and Quality to Production. Is it Site to Site Transfer?

2.Moving of WIP and ODS databases, Is it Export and Import of DBA commands?

3.What else needs to be moved from Dev to Quality and Quality to Production apart from master data & Databases?

4. Perfoming unit testing?

5.How we move customized extensions?

Would be greateful if someone could share the links or documents which will give me the over all idea of the above details.
