How to Import Universe from QA to PROD ENV using CMC in BO 4.0 ?

Hello All

Can any one guide me step by step how to move selected universe from QA environment to Production environment in BO 4.0, using CMC as i don't have access to these servers to use Improt Wizard or LCM. I have access only to both QA and Prod CMC.(using links).
