Reimbursement Payment.

Dear Experts,

We are facing issue regarding balance reimbursement payment for terminated employee. Requirement is:

Employee was terminated on March and he is having reimbursement balance amount during termination month, for the same he claimed in May month, when we are trying to pay over off cycle payroll system terminating payroll run due to he is not active in the company. Is there any other way to pay him amount.

Kindly suggest.

    Hi Chr

    Please check IT-0003 payroll run upto date use for may payroll,

    other wise we can pay direct through finance

    Hi Raghu,

    Since the payroll is not active in the company try to run the off cycle run on the last day he is active.

      Hai sir,

      I checked as per your suggestion, it is working fine, but i have one more small query weather it will create any problem while posting document because we are running for Past month.

      Please clarify.

    Hi,

    Please go ahead with what satish said, it will not impact anything,

    Make sure processing class 10 specification of the wage type must be zero.

    You can discuss with your FI consultant. Because from FI it is possible to pay him.
