Conditions on Bex Query Designer

Hi,

We are generating a report on damaged products on a generic datasource. In the report we have delivery number, route, calmonthyear, volume. We need to put display only those records in the report where the route is repeating against a single delivery in the given month or display records where the volume is greater than 1 Ton against a single delivery, on the single route in the given month.

Can anyone help us out for writing conditions here at bex level?

Regards,

Priti

Hi,

For your second question, you can use conditions to solve.

First you need create you condition.

After this, on "Atribut of characteristc" tab, choice the characteristic that you want.

See the example bellow.

Hope this help.

Thanks

Hi,

For your first problem, you need use a fórmula with aggragation by a characteristc and after, create a condition to filter where have more than 1 records on group.

1 - Create a new formula and put 1 on value.

2 - On Aggregation tab set the characteristic which you will be adding.

In your case "Route"

Is done... you have the total of Routes aggregate by characteristics that you put in your report.

On my example on the imagem above, I have 46 "Cliente" aggregate on "Org. Vendas" and "Canal Distribuição".

Now you just need to create a filter condition for the quantities that are greater than 1.

Hope this helps.
