Dear Vijendar,
The error message 'outstanding DB conversions found' with a list of objects indicate the worklist of the terminated conversion program. This worklist was generated by developments or modifications in your SAP system, but has not yet been processed.
To clean up the above mentioned terminated conversions and proceed with PREPARE, you should follow the steps mentioned in the Upgrade Manual under Section 'Cleaning Up Terminated Conversions in the DB Conversion Phases'. Use the database utility transaction (transaction SE14) and choose DB Requests -> Mass Processing to see the list of Terminated Conversions.
The open conversions entries will be in TBATG table. You can complete the conversions from SE14.
Please check transaction SE14 -> DB Requests -> Terminated for any outstanding conversions. If there is no outstanding conversions then check that the above objects is active in Dictionary and the Database by performing the Database and Runtime Object checks in the transaction
SE14 or SE11.
You can check this, if it is some indexes or test table creations you can delete or recreate.
Kind Regards,
Abhishek
