one g/l not appearing in P&L REPORT

Dear All

Created one G/L in the COA under "Turn Over" heanyd. But it's not reflecting in the P&L. Can anyone help me on this??

I have set the Drawer as "Turnover" in COA.

The DB is in Singapore Localization.

Hi Sriram,

Any transaction for that account?

Did you expand the report by choosing level 1, 2,3....?

Yes. there are transactions posted for that GL code. I had expanded the p&l report level to 5 also. Kindly see the attachment.

Yes. Active A/c.. Level 5. No foreign name assigned for this.

Hi Sriram...

Anytime if you create new GL account for any Drawer,

in order to get this appeared in Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss Statement,

you have to include that account into Financial Report Template.

Please make sure that you have done this.....

Definitely that may appear.

Please did you point while running this report which Financial Report template you are selecting?

Your are perfect.  I added the GL in the standard template and now it reflects in P&L..

Hi,

Please share the screenshot of the Profit and Loss selection criteria and also the G\L Account code in the Chart of Account.

Please check that the Profit and Loss - selection Criteria window  > Expanded button> default is taken.
