Can't see results from searchs in TVN 2.X

Hi,

I have a problem with TVN, when I make a search of  talents, (search by name), I get correct results, but I can't see them in the panel, It shows the results and with click in any row I get the information for any selected row; but I can't read the names in the results panel. It seems that the font were in white.

Any idea to fix it?

Hi Esteban,

Usually this problem is with SAP and not Nakisa. It is usually because Business Partner (BP) objects do not exist for Central Person (CP) objects or are not synchronized. Please read this blog and see if it helps:

Thanks for your response,

Now we're reindexing our DB, we had a lot of problems with TRex, and after a lot of work now is working,

Meanwhile I'll check the BP in CP. This could be the cause for the "invisible" results in search results?

Hi Esteban,

That's good news about TREX. If you are getting "invisible" results then it is almost certainly the BP synchronization. I've only ever seen it fixed by synchronizing BP objects.
