Test tool for RFC/RPC

Hello,

Is there any tool available to test connection to RFC/ RPC?

Like SOAP UI which is used to test connection to any webservice, is there any tool present to test the connection to any RFC\RPC server.

The requirement is establish a connection between SAP PI and external RFC server . The receiver does not have test environment. Hence it would be better if ther is a tool which helps to check the connectivity to the external RFC server.

Kindly provide your suggestions

Hi,

As said by Michal, you can test the connection by using the Tcode- SM59.

and do the connection test and remote logon..

Hello Michael,

Thats fine. I was looking for something like java client which can call a remote RPC ( RFC ) and send some data to it.. and get a response back..

Are u aware of something like that.
