Avg. Availability per Week value mismatch

Dear Experts,

In the EWA We have found "Avg. Availability per Week" value is 95% actually there is no down-time in that system. We checked available log also which is having correct value only.

Plz let me know if there any other possibilities?

Hi Anvardheen,

Refer to the sap note, remember this not necessarily refer to your sap instance being unavailable but rather the agents sapccmsr sapccm4x

Refer to SAP note 1855908 - Avg. Availability per Week in the EarlyWatch Report (EWA)

Hi Benny,

I know this solution manager  but sattelite system is SAP application server only.

Also why I was posted here "can get quick response from here only rather tahn other forums"
