Addition of plant section field in MCI8

Dear All,

My requirement is to get the cost report , plant section wise. While taking cost, I need to exclude certain activity type and order type.

Is it possible to take plant section field in MCI8 report.

MCI8 report works on info structure S115. Can we change this??

Hi,

Plant section is not a characteristic field on S115 structure. Have you tried running MCi8 with multiple selections and excluding the order types and activity types you do not want included?

The alternative solution is to copy the S115 structure to a custom version then configure this for update.

Hi I have just looked at this and through the information system you will not be able to get the  MCI8 report by plant section or planning plant. The system returns a error message that the key figures can not be used.

If you need this then it would have to be a custom report or you may be able to do something with ABAP Query.
