Can SAP Crystal Report v.2011 write T-Code in my SAP Gui R3 Ver 7.30

I have SAP Gui R3 Ver 7.30 on my current system, when i want to build reporting system using sap crystal report v.2011.

the connection won't appear to be success. and is it possible for sap crystal report 2011 to write T-code in my SAP Gui R3 Ver 7.30??
