Print Layout for a User Defined Form

Hai,

          I have a user defined window, say purchase Request. Which is connected to user defined tables and UDO. The Addon working fine and it meets all client requirements. Now what I want is to set a Print Layout [Using Crystal Report] to print the Purchase Request.

Is there any way to do this. I have created the Layout as report, so it will prompt the window to enter Doc entry or Doc num. And its not what I want.
