How to remove Sales Orders from Interaction History

Dear Experts,

We have recently downloaded Sales Orders from ECC to CRM. They are showing in Sales Orders assignment block.

But they are also showing interaction History assignment block.

Can you please let me know how to restrict sales orders to not show in Interaction History assignment block.

Hi GK,

  I think you can achieve your requirement from two ways.

• If you are in EHP1 and higher,  you can go for Configurable Data Retrieval.

• Or you can implement CRM_BADI_RF_Q1O_SEARCH BAdi
