LiveCache not available after patching to LC 7.7.07.42

We have patched LCAPPS 70.21 PL 002 & liveCache 7.7.07.42 according to SAP Note 1751103.

After patching we started LiveCahce, and tried to connect using LC10 and its keeps on going. We are not able to get the next screen. Same thing  happens for DB59; n/sapapo/om17 --> Consistency Check LiveCache.

-> How did you start the liveCache after you updated the liveCache?

-> Please check what is the status of the liveCache tasks:

     x_cons <LC-SID> show active

-> Please check & update with results of the commands you run on the liveCache server:

     dbmcli -d <LC-SID> -u control,<pwd>

     <enter>

     db_state

     exit

Thanks Natalia. We were able to solve the issue by opening OSS message.

Solution: SAP note 1015489 to reset the APO system name in liveCache.

Hi Bhavin,

Could you check the following

1) X-sever is running or not

2) You are able to connect to MaxDB database using database studio.
