Problem showing characteristics key in BO 4

Hi,

I'm working with BO 4 SP 4 and BICS connection.

With merge purposes, I need to map some characteristics in BO, but I need them to show the key, instead of data.

To accomplish this, I go to characteristics properties->display and I select "Key" (I also tried "Key and Data").

When executing the query from Query Designer, it's shown correctly. But not from BO. It just shows the data as if nothing has been changed.

It's important to remark that this BEx changes were made AFTER the BO report construction.

Any ideas on this?

Based do the above, I believe you posted your query into the incorrect SCN Space. Please use the Forum Finder for the New SCN document to find your product and post into that SCN Space.

Also  seeing as you did not provide any product information, I would also highly recommend reading the SCN Rules of Engagement.
