Hi,

Have you checked if other users run the report in the same client without issue?

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for all your responses...

Naga: The option is currently unticked in the check box for that particular user.

Kennedy: There is no possibility to change to indirect option. I attached an image.

Gordon: We use citrix for system's connection. There is no client installed for that user.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

If you are using Citrix, try to recreate the user account on the server to see.

Hi,

I log into system on the server with that user account, and execute the aging...but still shows the Exchange Rates and Indexes windows.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Maria,

Try this:

Set exchange rate for particular month under exchange Rate and Index  window-> Set rate for selection  criteria

Please refer below screen  shot:

Hope helpful.

Hi,

The reason why the Exchange rate and Index window is appearing is because in the Aging Report, the currency selected on the top left is a Foreign Currency.

For the first time, enter the Exchange Rate in the Exchange Rate window and when the Aging Report opens, change the currency form the drop down to Local Currency or Business Partner Currency. You will not get the Exchange Rate and Indexes window again when you try to run the Aging Report again.

Kind Regards,

Jitin

Hi Maria,

I have 2 way for you:

1. You use supper user to open Exchange Rates and Indexes, then you key exchange rate for all currency.

After that, user trying to excute Customer Receivables Aging, when you open this report, you can change to BP Currency. Finally, you can clear currency in Exchange Rates and Indexes window.

2. Check Professional License for User.

Maria,

Only "Professional User License", "Limited Financials User", "Limited Logistics User" after release in

Financials >> Financial Reports >> Accounting >> Aging >> Customer Receivables Aging

and

Administration >> System Initialization >> Authorizations >> General Authorizations >>

(Exchange Rates and Indexes).

Hope helpful.

Hi,

The user owns a Professional User License, and also got Full Authorization at Exchange Rates and Indexes.

We don't use exchange rates. I don't understand why It's got to be shown there.

Thanks in advance.

Maria,

As configured accounts involved in this process. It may be that the account is like all currencies. This occurs with any BP? or (Open Exchange Rates Table).

Hi Marcelo,

It happens every time that user tries to run Customer Receivables Aging, no matter which BP's been used. Only happens with that user. We haven't ticked that option "Open Exchage Rates Table" in General Settings.

What could be happening?

Hi Maria,

Please deselect the check box Open Exchange Rates table for that particular user. This update will be effective per user not for company.

Hope helpful.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Maria Quintero...

If You not Using the Exchange Rate use indirect option under the following menu

Administration --> System Initialization ---> General Settings ---> Display .
