Hi Tevfik,

Are you trying to connect the iOS device through a relay server?

if yes have completed steps for CA ,SSL certificates?

give more details to narrow down the issue.

Create CA server on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise edition , Windows 2008 Standard not supported for NDES role.

This note is for the exact same issue and was very helpful for me.

1851922 - Afaria: iOS enrollment fails with "SCEP server configuration is not supported" or "SCEP server returned an invalid response".

I asked a SAP trainer the same question as I realized that we are facing the same problem. I asked him why it is written in the technical Pre-Requisites for Afaria.

It says the following servers are valid:

He told me that this information is correct because the Afaria Server can be installed on this system but you'll need another CA which handles the NDES role because you cannot install it on the Standard Edition. In my case we had to stop the installation and use the Enterprise Edition to continue. If there is an alternative solution I'd be very interested in it.

Hi Sara,

I had the same issue and the problem was the user that run the SCEP aplication pool on ISS, the password was expired.

Edit the aplication re-enter the user pass and restart the server, check if in the system event viewer for errors.

it solved my problem

Hope it  helps you.
