warehouse task in status B not getting active in LOSC

Hi,

In Stock removal scenario facing below problem:

When the warehouse task for stock removal will be created, the layout-oriented storage process control creates two warehouse tasks:

The first warehouse task is MFS relevant and confirmed by the resource..

The second warehouse task (not MFS relevant) remains in status "b", can´t be activated and not allowing to confirm.

Why will the second warehouse task not be activate how to clear?

first task from 0280 to 0285 confirmed.

second Task from 0285 to T920 not getting active
