Leave Workitem NOT delete when Leave Request Deleted

Hi All,

I am deleting a Leave Request in the T.Code PTARQ in Delete Documents, It gets deleted Fine.

But the Workitem Related to this Leave Request is not deleted it is still active.

What could be the reason and how you fix it ?

The Workflow will not be deleted. If you need to delete a leave request, you should first do a logical delete on the WF and then delete the leave request. Normally leave request shouldn't be deleted in ptarq but rather by the requestor. But like you, we sometimes have to delete from ptarq, and then I follow this procedure.

you can delete the Workitem in SWia

But once you correctly delete from PTARQ, you shouldn't be able to see in RPtarqdbview

check the status of the leave request what it is

I delete from PTARQ as well

where it shows you its not deleted?

Have you ran RPTQTPOST program, just check in IT2001 record deleted or not?
