BO - Cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed

Hi All, I have two problems

One is when I create a JOB with CTS+ and click on the Button Add & Close, I have this error

Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request.
The error from the server is: com/sap/conn/jco/JCo : cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed

The other problem is when I Add Dependencies to the Job, then click on Promote, and get the same error.

Please... any help?
