Webi error on Unx Universes only('getSessionInfosEX')API

Hello Experts,

We are on BO4.0 SP4, I am getting error when I try to create webi report on unx universes only. I can create report on Unv universes without any error.

Here is the error I am getting ('An internal error occured while calling 'getSessionInfoEX') API. I have created unx on Teradata database and I can run the query in IDT and can see data without any error.

Not sure what could be the issue, any ideas?
