Dear All,

We are facing below error in our SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Edge edition 4.0


'Unable to reconnect to CMS <servername>:6400. The session has been logged off or has expired.(FWM 01002)'

I got the note 1422296 which describe this issue and also provide steps to solve like below.

  1. 1. From Central Configuration Manager, disable all the services and re-enable them.
  2. 2. Log into Central Management Console and go to the server area.
  3. 3. Go to the properties of Central Management Server, in command line parameters type -requesttimeout 3600000.
  4. 4. Save the changes and restart the server.
  5. 5. Follow the same steps for WebIntelligence Processing Server and Adapter Job Server.

6. Go to the connection server properties and increase "Ideal connection timeout" to 120, restart the server

i have stopped and started services from Cnetral Configuration Manager but when i log in to CMC i cannot find option Server Area all can see is just server and i don't see Central Management Server, not sure how to go to command line and put this parameter

also not able to see WebIntelligence Processing Server and Adapter Job Server in cmc

Kindly provide the steps to implement note
