How to fix script Errors

I install crystal 11 on Windows 7 machine and getting:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line 16

Char 3

Error Library not registered

Code 0

URL file:///c:users/trust?/appdata/local/temp/prompton1.html

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

I'm trying to export out to .pdf file and no matter what I click it's not working properly.

It runs fine in XP is there something that didn't get installed correctly.  I have tried uninstalling

and installing again and still same message.

Any help would be great

I moved your post to the SAP Crystal Reports SCN Discussion Space.

Always, before posting a question, ensure that you are in the correct Space by reading the description of the Space under the Overview tab.

CR 11 is not supported on WIN 7. Upgrade to CR XI R2A (11.5) and try again. To see how to upgrade to CR 11.5, see the following blog:
