I have few invoices appearing in VFX3 due to pricing error. When I checked the Invoices, UTXE condition is failing in the invoice. This condition type is a group condition and its not determined through condition records and does not have an access sequence. Its triggered successfully in the sales order. Please suggest for the possible solutions. If we cancel the Invoice and recreate, it again ends up with Pricing error.
First check how the value is fetched in sales order for this condition type UTXE. It looks like this is a tax condition type. If this is through any external tax software, then it should work in invoice also. You have mentioned that it is a group condition type, hence check any routines assigned to it and any other condition types is missing value and impacting the value on this condition type.
In billing go to conditions tab and click on analysis button check the details why UTXE condition type is not coming in billing. Also check in sales order compare both. Also check the group condition routine that you have assigned for that particular condition type in V/06.
