Getting Error when generating report on Crystal Server 2011: Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

Hi

We have Crystal Server 2011 installed on one of our development systems with 32 bit and 64 bit oracle client installed. When running/viewing a Crystal Server 2011 report the below error returns:

The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. []

---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

I can confirm that the database logon information is correct - is there some kind of compatibility issue here?
