Hi Giuseppe,

there is no way to up-/download EWA Alert Data. One thing is that SolMan 7.1 has more advanced ST-PI /ST-A/PI  components tha SolMan 7.01.

Is it possible for you to connect your satellite system to the new SolMan 7.1? Than you can work with the stored EWA Data from the Satellite System and do your analyse projects base on this data.

Thanks for your answar.

I did not understand. I knew that solman 7.1 can not directly read EWA  from another solman  7.01.

what you mean by satellite system? R / 3 or SolMan?

I thought you want to do a reverse documention of processes from an ERP system. So this ERP system can supply EWA data to SolMan (eighter SolMan 7.01 or 7.1).

OK, then your solution is to connect SolMan 7.1 to SAP ERP (production system).

My problem is more complicated, infact I have a System (development system) that is an export of production system. I have to do the Reverse Documentation starting from this system (not used). For this reason I asked if it was possible to do the import of EWA between different version of SolMan.

Regars & Thanks,

Giu

Hi ,

In your old solman 7.0, go to txn code SOLUTION_TRANSFER. By this, you can export your whole Solution including documents to a local file. In your new solman system import the file using same txn code. This is how you do export/import of Solutions and all relevant documents in a solution.

Hi ViveK,

I find this document, "SAP Solution Manager - Content Transfer" in which is written:

Then, isn't EWA exportable?

Thanks

Giuseppe
