Crystal Reports 2011 Question about Summary Totals

Dear Guru's,

I am currently trying to do a summary of a particular field in Crystal reports 2011, however I need to split these summaries based their business type. I tried doing a summary of the said field, but it just keeps returning the total number, I want the result to split this total into their specific business groups.

Hi Matthew,

You can insert a group into your report based on business type, then you add a summary total that evaluate values on each group change.

Dear Matthew,

If you need your summary be based on specific business groups, you have to include the field in your report to summary base on it.
