Depreciation area error at the time of creation Purchase Requisition; Message no. AC391

Hi Gurs,

I got below error when i create purchase requisition for an Asset.

There is an error in the specifications for area 15 in co. code 1000

Message no. AC391

Diagnosis

You specified for depreciation area 15 that asset values are to be automatically posted online, and that this area is to take over book values from another area. This specification is not correct. An area that allows for online automatic posting cannot take over values from another area.

Procedure

Correct the specifications for area 15.

Note: what ever asset given is having only 01 dep area.

What ever Asset assigned in Purchase requisition account assignment tab it is having only Book depreciation in Dep area tab.

Below is the system configuration status.

1. Defined Dep areas for Chart of deps: 1, 20, 30, 31, 32, 41 & 51.

2. Table: T093A showing dep areas: 1, 15, 20, 30, 31, 32, 41 & 51.

3. Table: T093B showing dep areas: 1, 20, 30, 31, 32, 41 & 51.

4. T.code OADC showing dep areas:1, 15, 20, 30, 31, 32, 41 & 51.

5. T.code OADB showing dep areas:1,20, 30, 31, 32, 41 & 51.

6. T.code OAYZ: while selecting concern Asset class, if i click on dep areas tab below error throwing.
