Report views must be displayed based on - user Base.

Hi Guys,

Can you please let me know the steps or material is available, how can i implement the - "Instance Based Access Control", to implement the User based access or user based report access.

At present i can develop reports but my requirement is that should be display reports based on user, i.e. Marketing executive and Manager level.
