I have noticed something nice on SAP Support portal on SAP Note search... (First time I saw it)
When I search SAP Note it came with results and enable Expert chat and Schedule an Expert button.
Slowly but good changes are coming
Happy about it..
I give you challenge:
Assume the launchpad just returns Community content and no SAP notes like it was end of last week.
Now try to find Expert for such an issue.
I am not here to prove something right or wrong. This is not a race that we need to challenge each other. Sorry, Can't accept any challenge.
My personal thinking is... People who had lots of points and badges on old SCN having more issues than regular users. Everyone finds their way to make it better than complaining all the time...

Technically what you're showing is Support One Launchpad. Portal is just support.sap.com, I think.
But I agree, there are many nice changes being rolled out regularly in the Launchpad and this was just one of them. IMHO the Launchpad team's work is a stellar example of what SAP can accomplish when they use the right tools, work with the right people and actually do something instead of just taking notes.
Granted, Launchpad was somewhat miserable when it started but I feel it really has gone a long way since then. Hate to admit but it's kind of nice to use now. :)
