Luckily the SD blogs seem to be migrated to the right tag and on treasury as in the previous attempts. Unfortunately a huge number of blogs with many tags now appear with SAP SD tag (they have very little to do with SD, but some people overdid with tagging their content) and now the SD blog list is a mess.
I hope many people will go through the exercise to re-tag/remove unnecessary tags like you, but some blog authors are not active anymore. :(
There's a lot of work here, re-tagging blogs that weren't tagged properly in the migration. And I suspect you are right that many blog authors are either not here any more to do it, or just won't bother. Another job for the moderators...
My advise: check the content of your blogs as well. One of mine got corrupted (headline still correct, but content got overwritten by different content from somewhere else). Some other users reported the same issue as response on my post.
I just needed to re-tag the "Raiders" blog, but now I'm fighting with the formatting of the blogs, because WYSINWYG in the editor. -.-
Sorry, guys!
If you are comfortable with HTML syntax and the WYSIWYG editor is causing some problems, you can try the text tab option in the blog editor. The last time I tested it (a few months ago) it was better than the default one for adjusting fonts and basic formatting in the browsers, that I use.
Yes, I tried that, too, but the outcome was still meh. I don't know what happens after you save, but it's definitly strange. Now I gave up with "blockquote" and stuff and just used "code snippit" in my IDM blog. Still a lot of space around the sql statements, but at least they don't click onto the text before them or grap a whole lot of empty spaces around them anymore.
I'm really glad I didn't have more blogs. Or the misfortune of the wrong blog content!
