    What if, you took an outage on production system and while upgrading it yo find missing one small file what you need to continue... and you go to download file from SAP and you get this kind of messages!!!!

      While not defending Launchpad outages - why would you not run into this when upgrading a QA system (which should be done before PRD)?

      Also you can always call CIS, I hope in case of emergency they can at minimum get someone to send you the file by some alternative method. It's a good question though.

      Works for me in Firefox, Pale Moon, Google Chrome and IE, no errors (I do not use certificates, just user/password to log in). Try clearing your data - a bit earlier I found out, that I was logged off, probably the team was applying some fixes.

        I do not have to do anything special fixing this issue. Retrying couple of more time fixed issue. :(

        Note: Did not closed and reopen browser either
