What is the story behind these Jam access requests for GST?

I keep seeing members sharing personal data in questions, so that they can get access to a Jam page. This seems related to the following blog: GST(Goods and Service Tax) India Solution (in the comments to it there is a lot of shared personal data, which is considered against the site rules). I am not reporting such threads, because people must be really desperate to do that, but I am wondering: is there no better way to handle this? For example, pointing to a web form to request access, or something of that sort?

Yeah, I would suggest the blog author should provide an e-mail-address (maybe one create just for this task) where people could write to in order to be invited to that JAM-Group.

I agree. But looks like author prefer to collect them from post.

I would expect there is a Request Access button somewhere in SAP JAM (I tried to check it, but I'm having problems with logging in with JAM account)

Best regards
