This is unbelievable that people keep creating new SCN accounts and marketing their products on SAP website :(
There is no way you can contact moderator to talk about this issue except send them alert. Funny enough there is no way to alert moderator on comments... you need to alert them on entire topic :(
Thank you
Yogesh
Yep, that happens all the time. You can post such questions in Using SAP.com tag. Here, fixed it for you. :)
Good catch!
It is indeed a little frustrating that you can't "alert moderator" on blog comments. I've posted a link to this discussion to the Moderators' Jam group and hopefully the offending user will be dealt with appropriately.
Steve.
Thanks, I will ask that this user will be disabled.
I want his comments to be removed :) ASAP :)

OK, but what will stop the person behind that user to create just another account and keep on spamming in comments?
It now comes to my mind, this might be a great example where the Your comment is awaiting moderation."-Bug is not a bug at all, but a usefull feature (as long as it's only imposed on "new/untrusted"-users).
best
Joachim
Yeah, same here:

Good, this guy is active. several comments in some minutes.
Juergen
And member since today, of course... ^^
Deleted them both. The last couple of days has been like playing spam commenter Whac-A-Mole.
Can't you simply add a part of the site link to the spam filter? This would slow it down.
I can see not deleted blog comments by the same spammers, have a look:

The guy's like some sort of spam hydra: I delete a comment, two more pop up.
To answer your question: I don't honestly know. But I'm reaching out to people who might have an answer (or solution). I sent them an email with "Spam! Spam! Spam! Spam! Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!" as a subject line. If that doesn't catch someone's attention...

Pics or it didn't happen!
I can vouch for Jerry. And here's the screen shot to prove it!
Jerry, do you have any (good) news about the spam filters?
Hello Veselina,
Thanks a lot for your concerns.
We are looking into it (actually for a while) and we have a couple of behind the scenes work arounds to address this until we have a more permanent solution in place.
I can't give you firm timelines as we are limited by other high priority needs and development resources.
Regards,
Moshe
And we have one more marketing thread in Training space.

Funny this thread should pop up today. I both commented on and reported this thread on Friday.
But what makes it coffee-corner worthy is his response: apparently he didn't know you could blog here...
