Where is "Using SAP" primary tag?

I need to report a new BUG, and when I try to select the primary tag:

Where is "Using SAP.com" tag?

It should be under "Topic". Another caching thing? Try restarting your browser and emptying the cache. That helped the last person where the list didn't even loaded properly. :)

Does your "Choose from your followed and most used tags" list load at least? You could use the tag from that one.

Have you searched for the "Not using SAP.com" tag?

Hi, Osvaldo:

You may need to type out the full term Using SAP.com. (In the screenshot, I only see that you typed "using.")

It will only suggest "using sap.com" if you recently used the term or follow it.

I tried:

  • using
  • usi
  • SAP (and I read a looooooooooot of tags!)
  • using-sapcom
  • using sap.com
  • using sap

And did not work!

OK, thanks for clarifying. As Jelena noted above, someone else had the same problem, and there is a way to deal with it -- but that doesn't change the fact that it's occurring in the first place.

Let me see what else I can learn about the matter.

Try this workaround if it works for you. Direct URL has parameter to set primary tag as "Using SAP. com".

Dont you have the Using SAP.com in your history, I mean the followed tags or most used tags?

Just closing the loop on this - I can select Using SAP.com on both questions and blogs, so this appears to have been resolved.
