Success? ^^

I would like to nominate this post for "Post of the Year" awards in the Coffee Corner catagory.

Hmm, is this a test of SAP trapezoid not showing next to the author's name?

P.S. "yesterday edited yesterday" is quite mind-blowing...

"yesterday edited yesterday"

Of course that maked me press the "edited" button (say, to find out whether the initial posting might just have been "test" or "test test"?) - but then I get the friendly message

"Access Denied<br>We're sorry, but you do not have permission to do the activity you attempted. If you believe this to be in error, please contact the site administrator(s)."

Well, I do believe that in case I am not allowed to see revisions, then the according link should be omitted... - and then the information about any edit is quite worthless, either.

(Hm, and I guess I do believe I should be able to see revisions.)

Yeah, one would think that if all I get by clicking on the Actions button is a blank box then said button should not be available at all:

But I guess the SCN GUI designers skipped some classes...

Jelena, i would say they skipped some designers

I agree with Scott, it is still a test.

It is a test website.

Yes, definitely a test website:

The "Actions" button does have a sub-menu for the OP and for moderators, but yeah, if neither of those apply to you, it should probably be hidden.

And no, it didn't say "test" or "test test" in the previous revision, though I guess that would have been sort of funny.

Note, I did not press the (empty) action button but clicked on the "edited" link just below the poster's name.

I know. That's just a shortcut for the "See revisions" link that shows up under the Actions button, and it does work for moderators, and probably for the OP as well.

Aaah, the good old UAT gone bad because the tester didn't have the right roles assigned. ([has SAP_ALL profile] "What are you talking about?! It works fine!") SAP screws up just like everybody else. So cute! :)

I asked the poster to delete, and since I hadn't heard back, I was going to delete myself, but now I feel like I should leave this post up just to keep the comments intact -- and to have some new bug examples to share with my colleagues.

So...I guess this is no longer a test.

Soooo... success?

Yep. You were right the first time -- and right again. That gets you another Like. :)
