While already there was a discussion here on migrating Idea Place to Customer Influence, it is a fact that the number of ideas posted has been reduced drastically in Customer Influence. Not sure, whether SCN is considering to improve the visibility of this area. In Idea Place, we had the option to see all suggested ideas, how many has been considered and how many has been implemented and now, I am not able to see such break-ups.
I wish, could have been a tag for this also so that members post their suggestions and add a tag instead of accessing Customer Influence where not many members are accessing.
I also find the Customer Influence site difficult to navigate and to find what I'm looking for. I think IdeaPlace was much easier to use.

We are actively monitoring and we do direct individuals there for their ideas. Many of the ideas we have either been able to implement fully, partially or to turn down as they do not match the overall strategic plan.
We are though looking and working with the team responsible for the tool on integration options and more visibility within the community itself.
Thanks for the update Craig Cmehil and appreciate that but as I said above, it is a fact that the total suggestions created in Customer Influence has been reduced drastically when compared to Idea Place and the reason is no visibility to general SCN members as like other areas under "Questions" with various tags. So the SCN team should do something so that it is user-friendly to all SCN members
